I understand that play at The Village involves physical activity and equipment with inherent risks (including but not limited to falls, collisions, entanglement, and use of swings, climbing walls, foam pits, and other structures). I voluntarily accept all risks of injury, illness, or property damage for myself and my child.

In exchange for entry, I release and discharge The Village LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, including those arising from negligence, related to my child’s participation or presence on the premises.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Village from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) caused by my child’s participation or behavior.

I authorize The Village staff to obtain emergency medical treatment if needed and accept financial responsibility for all costs.

I understand The Village is not a licensed childcare facility. I am responsible for supervising my child at all times unless enrolled in a staff-supervised program.

By signing, I agree that my child and I will follow these rules:

1. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.

2. No rough play, running, or climbing outside designated structures.

3. Shoes off, socks required in play areas.

4. Food and drink only in designated areas.

5. Respect staff instructions and other families.

6. Ill children may not enter the facility.

7. The Village reserves the right to remove participants for unsafe behavior without refund.
