Moment of mindfulness

In this Botanical Impressions workshop, we will uncover the hues hiding inside plants and imprint them onto flowing silk. From there, we’ll gather around a long communal table, tracing the shadows of fresh flowers onto paper and bringing them to life with watercolor. Finally, we’ll close with an intention-setting moment, a chance to reflect and connect before we part.

Perfect as a night out with the gals, special outing, or memory-making moment.

What to Expect:

We will snack and sip while learning about he whole process of plant dying- from extracting colors, creating patterns, to blending and altering colors.

You will then tie your own silk scarves and dye them with plants. Some of which can be found in your kitchen, grocery store or backyard.

From there, we’ll gather around a long communal table to trace the delicate shadows of fresh flowers and bring them to life with watercolor.

As the evening winds down, we’ll share a quiet intention-setting moment — a chance to reflect, connect, and recharge.

What You Will Leave With:

You will leave creatively recharged- with two plant-dyed silk scarves,  knowledge and inspiration to keep creating, and the shared experience of creating, reflecting, and connecting around a communal table. The watercolor floral pieces will remain as part of the collective artwork created during the evening. ✨
